Ross Tire & Service did an excellent job on my car. They quickly diagnosed and fixed a power steering issue, replacing a cut O-ring that was causing foam in the reservoir and a whining noise. My steering is now quiet and smooth.

Timely, polite, fair, and always very professional. I have been here multiple times with my previous car. They earned my loyalty bc if it was something simple that didn’t really cost them anything, they wouldn’t even charge me. Great way to run a local business to gain customer and community trust.

I was having tire problems and went to the dealership I bought my car from. They said they couldn't find the problem and couldn't help me. I came here and they immediately found a nail in my tire and fixed it for me. This is a great shop to go to, 100% recommend.

Walked in at about 1PM today to request an oil & filter change and a tire rotation. I told Charles that I’d have to wait for the car. The job was done in about 1 hour, which was great as Ross Tire is always busy. We’ve used Ross Tire for years and think that they are the best in town. They’re honest and “straight shooters”. They have always helped us when we’ve needed our cars serviced and/or repaired.

I was pleasantly surprised when i came here to get my tires rotated and balanced. The first thing i noticed was how CLEAN the waiting area was and it didn't smell like a typical mechanic shop which was nice. They got my car serviced quicker than i thought they would and pricing was affordable. Mr. Casey and the other guys at the front were very nice. I ended up sending my son here a few days later to get his tire plugged and they didn't even charge him for the plug which was not expected! You can tell just by chatting with these guys, they are honest people and do good business. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.

Brought an older vehicle in today for a front-end alignment. Great customer service. Answered all of my concerns and questions. Was fixed and ready within an hour to an hour and a half. The atmosphere inside reminds me of an old timey feeling mixed with modern.
