Wife went to discount tire on Ambassador because her tire was low. They fixed the tire and told her there was no charge. After a week the tire began leaking again. This time she went to Ross’s where she bought all 4 of her tires less than a year ago. They told her it could not be fixed, and they would order a new tire ($215) and would take a day or so. She immediately left there and went back to discount. They told her since their repair did not fix the tire; they would replace it for free, same brand. She cancelled the new tire order at Ross’s. Next time we need new tires or a fix, we know where to go!

Ross Tire & Service did an excellent job on my car. They quickly diagnosed and fixed a power steering issue, replacing a cut O-ring that was causing foam in the reservoir and a whining noise. My steering is now quiet and smooth.
The service was fast, honest, and professional. I highly recommend Ross Tire & Service for anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable car care.

I always receive a smile and kind welcome when I walk in the door, they pay great attention to detail when servicing the vehicle. I was having tire problems and went to the dealership I bought my car from. They said they couldn't find the problem and couldn't help me. I came here and they immediately found a nail in my tire and fixed it for me. This is a great shop to go to, 100% recommend.

Walked in at about 1PM today to request an oil & filter change and a tire rotation. I told Charles that I’d have to wait for the car. The job was done in about 1 hour, which was great as Ross Tire is always busy. We’ve used Ross Tire for years and think that they are the best in town. They’re honest and “straight shooters”. They have always helped us when we’ve needed our cars serviced and/or repaired.

I was pleasantly surprised when i came here to get my tires rotated and balanced. The first thing i noticed was how CLEAN the waiting area was and it didn't smell like a typical mechanic shop which was nice. They got my car serviced quicker than i thought they would and pricing was affordable. Mr. Casey and the other guys at the front were very nice. I ended up sending my son here a few days later to get his tire plugged and they didn't even charge him for the plug which was not expected! You can tell just by chatting with these guys, they are honest people and do good business. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.

Brought an older vehicle in today for a front-end alignment. Great customer service. Answered all of my concerns and questions. Was fixed and ready within an hour to an hour and a half. The atmosphere inside reminds me of an old timey feeling mixed with modern.

There are not enough words I can say about this business. They went up and beyond for me. I needed a tire to get since I was visiting and had a long drive home with a spare.
